Services & Fees
Services
We believe that growth and healing occur when our important relationships prioritize understanding our unique identities and experiences. As such, our psychotherapy approach is collaborative and relational, meaning we are active partners in your exploration and honor the courage it takes to seek out change in your life. We practice from a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, working to highlight your internal strengths and build insight into the ways in which your relationships, communities, and cultural experiences in society impact your daily life.
Verdant Path Collective offers a variety of clinical services.
Individual therapy
Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a private, one-on-one meeting with a therapist in which you can intentionally explore your thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns. Sessions are tailored to you based on your experiences, challenges, and goals. Individual therapy is often utilized to address anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and more. In collaboration with your therapist, you will work to develop greater insight into your own patterns and behaviors, and create opportunities for change in yourself and your relationships.
Couples/Relationship Therapy
Couples therapy, or relationship therapy, involves multiple people in a relationship meeting with a therapist. This includes romantic partners, polycules, family members, friends, or any group of people who are in a relationship with one another. Relationship therapy will support clients within the relationship in exploring communication patterns, creating strategies for better managing conflict, and developing greater capacity for trust and interdependence.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is a specialized, in-depth treatment approach for people experiencing concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, or gender. People seek sex therapy to address issues such as low libido, mismatched desire in couples, erectile concerns, anxiety related to sex or intimacy, out-of-control sexual behavior, orgasm difficulties, painful intercourse, general challenges with intimacy with others or oneself, and concerns related to infidelity. Sex therapy can support individuals and intimate partners by strengthening sexual connection, reducing intimacy-related anxiety, increasing connection to pleasure, and processing experiences that affect sexual function and comfort, such as trauma.
Group Therapy
In group therapy, multiple participants meet together with one or two therapists at the same time. Different types of therapy groups focus on different topics or utilize specific therapeutic approaches. Still, all groups aim to create a safe space where individuals can share their experiences, express diverse perspectives, and provide support around shared issues. Therapy groups are organized around a particular topic, such as processing grief, exploring identity development, or working through trauma histories and experiences. The goal is to create a space where members can build intentional relationships around shared experiences or identities in support of larger goals of mental wellness, community building, and reducing isolation and shame.

Session fees will depend on your specific insurance plan’s mental health coverage. Your therapist will help you obtain an estimate of your benefits. Still, we strongly recommend that you call your insurance provider to understand better the extent of your coverage and what you will be responsible for paying per visit at our office.
Our full fee is $160 per session. This fee also applies to clients with out-of-network insurance plans.
Sliding-scale fees depend on both the client’s financial situation and the therapist’s available sliding-scale openings.
Group therapy fees depend on the group and may be either a per-session fee for open process groups or a fixed fee for a time-limited group. Please refer to each group for specifics about group session fees.
